Tonight was the last night for Awana at my church. It's been a great year. I began working in our youth group which meets at the same time but they were desperate for helpers in the girl's upper elementary club. We had girl's saying 8-10 sections a night! Here are a few fun pictures from the award's ceremony...
The Awana theme verse is 2 Timothy 2:15 - I learned it in the KJV, "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." How I pray the Word will take root into these precious little lives and they will grow up to love and be seekers of truth!
